In 2001 I started with a company that builds and installs food processing equipment.  While there, I welded (sanitary TIG), fit pipe, and later ran jobs as a foreman.

I gained much of my practical knowledge there since I was always deeply involved in the design and installation of many different processes. I would regulary travel all around the US to various processing plants to install new processes, make repairs and sometimes build entire plants.
